Knights Inn Mesa

The hotel is conveniently located close to Arizona from Long Beach, CA for Spring Training. the rooms are reasonably priced and spacious, making you feel at home. the staff members are friendly and efficient.

The total stay was real good on vacation. The entire staff was very very helpful. The location was wonderful and marvellous, near Arizona from Long Beach, Knights Inn and shopping centers and mayor highways. I tried some drinks at wine bar Il Vinaio, located 15 minutes walk away.

Overall exceptionally friendly hotel, good meals.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control in the room. Clean bathrooms with a bath.

The location was great for traveling around Mesa, near Spring Training, Sloan Park, shopping centers, and major highways. We enjoyed having a drink at Il Vinaio, which is just 1 mile away from the hotel.

Distance from the location I needed to be.

There were ants in the bathroom and the sink, the light by the sink did not work properly (wouldn't turn on at times), and the bed was uncomfortable. Also, they charged more than the reservation price at Booked.net and did not exclude the fees that they said they would.

I liked the fact that I got a room with refrigerator and a stove. Although it lacked a microwave. The front desk person was respectfull and curtious. Oh, they did not charge me extra for the kitchenette and extra bed with me booking the room for a week on Booked.net.......

The TV was small. Dressers were to low for a laptop and there were no chairs to sit on. There were no Microwaves and there was no coffee machine.

The staff here was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and cozy, and we loved the delicious Mexican food at the restaurant for a great stay.

Front desk clerk was professional and as helpful as could be given errors in the reservation process.

The room reserved was a non-smoking disability room. The desk clerk at checkin (6PM) indicated no such room was set aside, and all that was avalible was smoking room which was in fact the longest walking distance of any of their rooms (upstairs / max distance from stairwells)

Price charged was higher than price quoted with tax.

We loved our stay at this place, the room was clean and the bathroom was spotless, making for an awesome night with our spouse.

It was very close to an event we had that evening and a different one the following morning. These events were far from home so it made sense to stay at a hotel. I wanted a cheap one and didn't expect greatness by any means, but even this experience was way below my low expectations.
